We offer shipping across the UAE. Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) as payment methods.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival. You have 3 to 5 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged.

At this time, we do not offer customization services for jewelry items.
